Anton Smith- Director
Anton is the registered builder and director of Bluewater Building Co. He has been in the industry for nearly 20 years and has worked his way through the ranks firstly as a carpenter, then running his own carpentry teams, to supervising and finally in 2007, opening the doors of Bluewater Building Co. In his time Anton has developed extensive knowledge in a vast array of building techniques and he prides himself on being able to build anything no matter how big or small and more importantly to the highest quality.
Jason Reynolds- Office Manager
Jason has been with Bluewater Building Co since January 2010. His building experience is based on customer service which he acquired working for M&B Sales for 8 years with 5 years of that as the Account Manager looking after builders and trades people in the Busselton to Augusta region. In this position Jason gained a strong level of construction industry product knowledge as well as time management and administrative skills. Jason takes care of the day to day running of our office which includes scheduling, estimating, purchasing, marketing and administration.
Snowy Hathaway- Supervisor
With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Snowy is the latest person to join Bluewater Building Co. Snowy has taken on the Site Supervisor’s role and with his extensive carpentry back ground and immeasurable knowledge of the area and the people within it, is a very valued team member indeed. Snowy looks after our Dunsborough based projects and ensures that all jobs are completed to the high standard that we are now all accustomed to.
Clint Bell- Supervisor (Metropolitan projects)
Clint has had a long and well established career in the construction industry and can proudly say that he has worked on most types of buildings and construction projects. A carpenter by trade, There isn’t much that Clint hasn’t come up against in his time and he has an uncanny ability to not only solve problems when they arise, but to read ahead and take steps to mitigate them before they happen. Our trust in Clint is such that whilst all our jobs are administered through our office in Dunsborough, we give him sole control of all site related issues on all of our Metropolitan projects.
