March 2012: The 2012 MBA Southwest Awards for excellence in construction were held this weekend at Bunker Bay Resort. Bluewater Building had a couple of houses entered and again came away with a few awards. Thanks to Geoff at the MBA and all the sponsors that that make these awards such an enjoyable and satisfying event. Bluewater Building is proud to announce that we won the following 4 awards.

September 2011: Another awards ceremony and a couple more awards to add to the collection. Thanks to Michael and Lisa for allowing us to enter their home in another round of awards. Bluewater Building has been credited with HIA’s Best Custom Home $375,001.00-$575,000.00 and Best Framed House up to $500,000.00 for the house at MacLaren Dr. Thanks to everyone involved in the construction of this home and a big thanks to Marcus Browne from Mishack.
April 2011: Bluewater Building Co has officially moved office locations for our Southwest office to 1/1 Congressional Dr, Enterprise Park, Dunsborough.
March 2011: Bluewater Building Co had a very successful year in 2010 culminating in a number of awards in the Master Builder Associations Building Excellence Awards which was held on Saturday 26th March 2011 at the Bunker Bay Resort.
